Yoga Six Boot Camp Training is an accelerator program led by knowledgeable instructors with diverse backgrounds in fitness. We offer an intense focus on practice teaching with on the spot instructor feedback to improve your teaching skills. You will learn to build effective workout programs that will inspire others to achieve results. You will receive teaching resources, an exercise library, organized lesson plans and programming tools to help launch or grow your business as a fitness instructor. Our program has been approved by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and qualifies for 1.9 continuing education credits.
Yoga Six’s Boot Camp Training is recognized by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Graduates of the program will be certified to teach any group fitness class. Our program is based in exercise science and has been meticulously designed to teach the functional application of these concepts, respected for its empowering style and emphasis on sequencing and proper body mechanics.
Group learning is one of the many gifts that a training offers and it is impossible to recreate a moment in time or a session that is missed, but we understand that life happens and sometimes unforeseen circumstances come up. To receive ACE credit, you will need to attend the full program.
Not at all! Our training is about diving deeper into the science and functional application of these concepts. Anyone interested in learning more about fitness will get much value out of this program. Exploring your physical limitations and challenges will ultimately be the greatest tools in learning how to teach fitness classes to a wide range of people.
About 30% of people that sign up for our training have no intention of teaching post training. Many students take training as a tool to develop their personal knowledge of fitness.
