Each class at Yoga Six has specific body benefits, for example strength and agility, or flexibility and balance. The variety in movement and intensity addresses the complete needs of your body.

Our program offers 2 distinct class tracks, one heated and one temperate, to help you achieve your yoga and fitness goals. Newer students are encouraged to explore our non-heated progression beginning with Deep Stretch. Diversify your practicing by pairing classes on opposite sides of the hexagon, for example Boot Camp and Deep Stretch.
