Each of the yoga classes we offer at Yoga Six has a specific focus and produces specific body benefits. Whether you’re looking for strength and agility, or flexibility and balance, we have the yoga fit classes for you.
Our program offers 2 distinct class tracks, one heated and one temperate (non-heated), to help you achieve your yoga fitness goals. Newer students are encouraged to explore our non-heated progression, beginning with Deep Stretch, before moving on to our heated yoga classes. Diversify your practicing by pairing classes on opposite sides of the hexagon. Boot Camp and Deep Stretch, for example, will provide very different benefits, but will complement each other well.
