Yoga Six yoga classes are a mix of set sequence and creative flows. In set sequence classes the core postures and posture order are the same each time, whereas creative flow classes are different each time. Creative flow classes follow a specific format but posture selection and sequencing are up to the instructor. Both types of classes are appropriate for all levels, it’s a matter of personal preference and comfort.
Class Levels
Level 1: Introductory level class appropriate for new students, those who do not have a consistent yoga practice, and seasoned practitioners who want to revisit foundations or enjoy a mellow practice.
Level 2: Intermediate level class appropriate for students who are familiar with core yoga postures and breathwork. Introduction to arm balances and inversions.
Level 3: Advanced level class appropriate for students with a strong yoga practice who are comfortable with arm balances and inversions.

Y60 Fundamentals is an introductory class designed to cultivate a strong foundation for a healthy, safe, and lifelong yoga practice. This class explores basic principles of posture alignment and breathing techniques, and contexts the way yoga can support the body and mind. |

Y60 Deep Stretch: All Levels |
Y60 Deep Stretch is a quiet class targeting the deeper tissues that lay beneath the muscle. Class begins with simple warm up exercises then progresses to a series of postures targeting specific muscle groups in and around the hips, spine, shoulders/chest and legs. Rely on the resource of breath to open the body, free congested energy, lubricate joints, lengthen muscles, and improve joint flexibility. |

Y60 Restore: All Levels |
Y60 Restore is a relaxing and meditative practice that restores the body’s natural rhythm, dissolves tension, and cultivates a deep sense of well-being. Feel supported by soothing postures that open the body gently yet deeply from the inside out. Soft blankets, blocks, and bolsters are used in this class to ensure comfort. |

Y60 Slow Flow: Level 1/2 |
Y60 Slow Flow extends the principles of Y60 Fundamentals while introducing fluidity of movement and breath. Beginning with centering and gentle warm up exercises, this class builds progressively with postures that lengthen and tone all the major muscle groups. Modifications and props are incorporated to support alignment and progression. |

Rooted in the classical yoga tradition, Y60 classic is a set sequence flow that stretches, strengthens and opens the entire body. Gain a deeper understanding of breath and body awareness, and notice the subtle differences between the right and left sides of the body during transitions. This class addresses all the major joints and muscle groups with emphasis on standing and balancing postures. |

Y60 Fusion is a vinyasa inspired set sequence of postures that moves at a moderate tempo. Dive into the energetic quality of breath with fluid movement, and explore heat building pulsations combined with dynamic postures to cultivate strength, flexibility and balance throughout the entire body. |

Y75 Classic: Level 2 |
Y75 Classic is an expanded version of the Y60 Classic. This set sequence flow moves at a vigorous tempo and introduces new breathing techniques and posture variations. Multiple sun salutations challenge the upper body and cardiovascular system, while an extended balancing series strengthens and tones the legs. |

Y75 Vinyasa Flow: Level 2/3 |
Y75 Vinyasa flow is designed to energize and align. Ride the waves of breath with rhythmic movement and creative sequencing to build strength, increase endurance, release tension, and cultivate flexibility and openness throughout the entire body. This class incorporates arm balances, inversions and advanced variations of postures. |

Y60 Power Flow: Level 2 |
Y60 Power Flow is a uniquely sequenced, heated alternative to Y75 Vinyasa Flow. Link powerful movement with breath at a vigorous pace to challenge the cardiovascular system, detoxify, tone, and exhilarate the body and mind. Y60 Power Flow may be a warm or hot class, temperature varies by studio. |

FIT60 Barre: All Levels |
FIT60 Barre blends fluid intervals of dance-inspired cardio, strength training, and stretching exercises to burn fat and build long lean muscle. Strengthen your arms, thighs, butt and abs while increasing muscular endurance and improving flexibilty. Dumbells, weighted balls and the ballet bare are used in this high energy, low impact workout. |

FIT60 Sculpt: All Levels |
Stabilized functional motor control is essential in building a solid foundation for overall strength and fitness. FIT60 Sculpt provides a total body workout through controlled, full range of motion exercises using dumbbells, bands and weighted balls. Move through exercises that effectively lengthen and contract all the major muscle groups in a specific order and grouping, and have fun while building muscular strength and endurance. |
