Hot Classes

If you’re looking for a good sweat (and have some yoga experience) any of our hot classes will do the trick! Seasoned hot yoga enthusiasts can jump right into Hot 75, but if you’ve never practiced in heat before we recommend starting with the Warm 60 and progressing to Hot 60. The extra 15 minutes can feel like an hour if you’re not ready. If you’re new to hot yoga please read our Note on Heat to learn more about our practice room temperatures and exercising in heat.

Class Descriptions

Warm 60
Warm 60 extends the principles of our Yoga Foundations class while introducing fluidity in movement and breath. Beginning with centering and warm ups, class progresses to postures that stretch and strengthen. Modifications and props are incorporated to support alignment, and postures are held slightly longer in this class. This progressive class is appropriate for newer yogis as well as experienced yogis looking to fine-tune posture, alignment and breathing techniques.
HOT 60 A
A set sequence of postures synchronizing breath and movement, this class moves at a moderate tempo. Classes begin with warm up movements while cultivating breath awareness to prepare you for the heart of each class – a series of postures that stretch, strengthen and balance. This class is designed to stretch all parts of the body, with emphasis on hips and hamstrings. Appropriate for students with some yoga experience and are developing an understanding of breath, body awareness and control.
Hot 60 B
