No matter what you’re in the mood for, all of our picks have plenty of healthy, nutritious offering to leave you feeling strong and satisfied.

Healthy Food Near Highlands

Near our Yoga Six St. Louis Studio on Oakland Avenue, there are plenty of great places to grab a tasty, healthy treat or a filling, wholesome meal. Thirsty yogis won’t be disappointed either – these spots are known for delicious drinks, too!

  1. Comet Coffee: Pop next door to Comet Coffee for an expertly crafted cup of coffee, espresso drink or tea. Grab one of the house-made pastries—we love the flourless maple pecan muffin made with local buckwheat flour—for a pick-me-up any day.
  2. Confluence Kombucha: This vegetarian gastrolab, just a mile and half away, creates vegan and vegetarian offerings for lunch and dinner, in addition to the craft-brewed kombucha on tap.
