Yoga Six's 200-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training program was created by Katie Brauer and Danny Arguetty. In their combined 25+ years of experience in yoga practice, instruction and training, Katie and Danny have led multiple 200 and 500-hour trainings, and mentored countless teachers and students. All of our teacher training leads have studied with Katie and/or Danny. Each training is also supported by guest faculty members with advanced training in anatomy and physiology, meditation, the business of yoga, and the yoga of sound.
Yoga teacher training is a dynamic and interactive experience. We'll do our best to stick to the below schedule but may move training topics from one day to another based on the needs of the group.
Just minutes from the Historic Third Ward in Milwaukee, our studio on Prospect Avenue is a stunning addition to the neighborhood. The studio boasts amazing floor-to-ceiling glass windows with detailed artwork, and a unique multi-level layout that does not disappoint. The added bonus? Our nextdoor neighbors. Grab a friend and wander over to the ever-popular Colectivo Coffee after class. The Revv and Mystic Letterbox teas are studio favorites.
We fully believe in the super powers of yoga. Having a great place to practice makes it even better. Our studios are light and bright with a decidedly clean and modern aesthetic.
Sign in for class, rent a Manduka mat or towel, and pick up water at the front desk.
Keyless lockers are equipped with USB ports. Let your phone power up while you power down.
Anti-microbial mats in our practice rooms are easy to keep clean and easier on joints than hardwood floors.
Our locker rooms and showers are fully equipped for comfort and convenience -- before and after class.
Yoga, rinse, repeat. Shower after class and get on with the rest of your day.
We carry the latest trends in activewear and feature Manduka mats and towels in our retail boutique.
