Yoga Six's 200-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training program was created by Katie Brauer and Danny Arguetty. In their combined 25+ years of experience in yoga practice, instruction and training, Katie and Danny have led multiple 200 and 500-hour trainings, and mentored countless teachers and students. All of our teacher training leads have studied with Katie and/or Danny. Each training is also supported by guest faculty members with advanced training in anatomy and physiology, meditation, the business of yoga, and the yoga of sound.
Yoga teacher training is a dynamic and interactive experience. We'll do our best to stick to the below schedule but may move training topics from one day to another based on the needs of the group.

Yoga Six Milwaukee offers a full schedule of yoga classes for a variety of fitness levels and goals. Our selection of classes means you can deepen your skills and achieve your desired body benefits on your schedule. Students looking to build strength and balance will benefit from the sequences in Hot Yoga and Vinyasa classes. Classes use props like dumbbells and bands as well as bodyweight exercises to keep you challenged and increase muscle mass. If you’re looking for a different workout that tests your boundaries, our Boot Camp classes might be just right for you.

Each teacher is Yoga Alliance registered and holds a minimum certification of 200 teacher-training hours, so you can trust their expertise. Our instructors came to yoga for diverse reasons and their backgrounds are equally unique. From health coaches to former dancers, Olympic speed skaters, and football players, the rich experience each teacher brings colors the classes they teach. Absolutely. A Manduka PROlite Yoga Mat, Manduka eQua Yoga Towel or a Bath towel is $3 per visit, while a hand towel is only $1 per visit. Remember, Platinum memberships always receive complimentary mat and towel service.

From greeting and checking-in clients, to monitoring practice room temperatures and relaying the benefits of yoga to a student who has never practiced before, our Student Advisors play a key role in the successful operation of the studio.
