Alece is fascinated by the capabilities of the body and how it works. She started learning about the body through dance and theater work, and feels that yoga has piqued her curiosity and understanding to a profound level. With the tools of movement, breath work and meditation, she identifies with the transformational benefits of yoga. In addition to Vinyasa, she is specialized in Prenatal Yoga where she feels the practices are truly put to the test each and every changing day.
In her classes, Alece aims to create a safe space to share her alignment based, flowing practices. Her intention is to communicate the teachings of yoga with warm humor and contagious enthusiasm, so it resonates on your mat and translates off your mat and into your life.
