Beth was born and raised in New York and spent the first 8 years of her professional career in the concrete Jungle, primarily as an event producer.
After completing her 200 hour yoga teacher training at Yogamaya New York, Beth decided to pack up her NYC apartment and go on a trip around the world. She has spent the last two years traveling and living aboard, optimizing her own personal health, teaching and studying yoga.
Beth and her husband moved to San Diego in August 2016 after living in Melbourne, Australia (where they met and fell in love).
Beth has been practicing yoga since 2004 and teaching since 2013. Beth teaches alignment-based vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga classes. She also hosts women’s hormone balancing yoga workshops.
When Beth is not teaching or practicing yoga, expect to find her hiking or walking at the beach, wandering the farmers markets or cooking healthy and nutritious meals for friends and family.
