Darcy Cantrell

Darcy Cantrell began practicing yoga in 2012, as part of a larger pursuit of dramatic weight loss, health, and happiness. She found yoga to be an indispensable component in achieving and maintaining her physical, spiritual, and mental health goals. Her resulting transformative experience led her to pursue teacher training in early 2016. She hopes to bring her experiences and enthusiasm to bear in sharing the many and multi-faceted benefits of yogic practice with her students.
