Kristin is a yoga and fitness enthusiast! She has been practicing yoga since 1999 and uses her practice as a tool to access enhanced awareness and a sense of calm. She is a 200-hour certified Vinyasa Yoga instructor who holds additional certifications in Yoga Barre, Sculpt and Zumba. Kristin is inspired by the rhythm of breath and by the space where strength meets ease. Her teaching style is strong and powerful yet creative, fun and accessible to students of all levels. Outside the practice room, she’s also an avid surfer and bow hunter.
