Also known as City in a Garden, this neighborhood contains peaceful parks, eclectic cafes, a beautiful conservatory and the Lincoln Park Zoo, which is open year-round. Enter the studio under the orange Yoga Six awning and walk upstairs where you’ll find us on the 2nd floor above Zoom Pizza.

Yoga Six Lincoln Park offers a range of yoga classes ideal for a variety of different fitness levels. This allows you to choose the classes that fit your schedule and your desired body benefits for a workout that works for you. Beginning students benefit from our Deep Stretch and Flow classes, which allow you to acclimate your body to yoga. Students looking to build strength and flexibility will benefit from the sequences in Hot Yoga and Vinyasa classes. Experienced yogis can challenge their endurance and coordination with a Power Yoga class. Boot Camp is an intense cross-training workout that builds strength and agility using the principals of high intensity interval training. We have a variety of talented instructors teaching at our yoga studios in Lincoln Park. Each teacher is Yoga Alliance registered and holds a minimum certification of 200 teacher training hours. Our instructors come from wonderfully diverse backgrounds, each coming to yoga for different reasons. Whether they started yoga a few years ago and fell in love, or have practiced religiously for a decade, each teacher brings distinctive talents to the classes they teach. Absolutely. We offer mat and towel service at Yoga Six Lincoln Park. A Manduka PROlite Yoga Mat, Manduka eQua Yoga Towel or a Bath towel is $3 per visit, while a hand towel is $1 per visit. As always, Platinum memberships receive complimentary mat and towel service.
