Annual and Monthly members receive unlimited classes and discounts on retail purchases and workshops, in addition to free BUILD & IGNITE Workshops.
Upgrade your membership to Platinum and you’ll receive the same benefits as a Monthly or Annual member, plus unlimited companion passes, higher discounts on retail and workshops, and complimentary mat and towel service with one free bottle of water per visit.
Limited membership is available in 5-Class and 10-Class Cards for a reduced cost per class. Yoga Six South Loop facilitates your schedule and your fitness goals with a great selection of yoga classes for all levels in our two practice rooms. Created to help you achieve the body benefits you’re working toward in your practice, we have classes for beginners and expert yogis. Beginning students can ease into practice with our Deep Stretch classes or a donation-based Guided Meditation class. Students who’ve done yoga before can improve their coordination and strength in Flow and Hot Yoga classes. Students with more experience can work on endurance and focus with challenging Vinyasa and Power Yoga classes. This yoga studio at South Loop also offers unique classes like AcroYoga group/partner yoga and Heated Vinyasa Flow for advanced yogis.
Students who want to add something new to their exercise routine can try the Boot Camp classes. Boot Camp builds strength, endurance and agility using dumbbells, bands and bodyweight exercises to increase power and muscle mass. This challenging cross-training workout uses the principals of high intensity interval training, making it an intense and effective workout that delivers results.
We host many different events in our South Loop yoga studios, from in house teacher trainings to specialized workshops. These events allow you to receive specialized instruction on one topic to grow and deepen your regular practice. Workshops provide unique opportunities to do things like explore Thai massage, enjoy a half-day Relaxapalooza workshop, practice yoga atop Willis Tower Skydeck or take a yoga class on the brew deck of local brewery, followed by a beer tasting (of course …). Whether they are acrobats, former dancers or metal sculptures, our instructors have a diverse range of talents to share with you. All of our wonderful teachers at Yoga Six South Loop hold a minimum certification of 200 teacher training hours, as well as being Yoga Alliance registered. Our instructors’ rich backgrounds color your classes, so each teacher’s class is slightly unique. No problem! A Manduka PROlite Yoga Mat, Manduka eQua Yoga Towel or a Bath towel is $3 per visit, or a hand towel is $1 per visit. Mat and towel service are always complimentary with Platinum memberships.
