From Tight Hamstrings to Keeping Her Head in the Right Place - The Beginning of Taylor's Yoga Journey

I’ve never enjoyed yoga. I’ve never enjoyed exercising, either. My shin splints and tight hamstrings meant I could not exercise and “feel good” afterward….Despite my unusually tight hamstrings (though they may be slightly better) and zero flexibility, I still show up to my mat for the same reasons: to keep my head in the right place and work through my pain.
