Let’s move! Slow Flow classes connect accessible yoga postures with breath and fluid movement in a well-rounded practice. With a slower pace, there’s time to explore individual postures so that new students can build confidence and familiarity, while more experienced students can refine fundamentals of alignment and explore deeper sensations. Enjoy options within each guided posture so you can customize your class experience.
Some like it hot! And by hot we mean 100°+ in our heated practice rooms. Hot yoga classes are the Y6 signature set sequences. These classes combine yoga postures synched with your breath, fun and challenging balancing series, and core work designed to add a bit of fire to your life. Come hydrated, and be prepared to sweat. These well-rounded classes will leave you feeling detoxed and invigorated.

Dive deeper into your yoga practice! Our Y6 Vinyasa advanced classes connect movement to breath while working towards more challenging postures. Develop strength, flexibility and stamina as you challenge your body and mind. These classes are led by expert instructors who will skillfully guide the class towards a specific posture, theme or focus, all while incorporating in breath work (pranayama) and yogic philosophy.
Challenge your body in new ways! Y6 Performance classes bring dumbbells, bands and bodyweight exercises into the studio – without the yoga. It’s high intensity fitness, focused training that strengthens your body, and creates physical stability for a your active life. All of our yoga teachers hold a minimum certification of a 200-hour Yoga Alliance approved program. Each has his or her own unique teaching style, but all emphasize safety, efficacy and fun in the classroom.
