How to Prepare for Your First Yoga Six Class

  • Find a studio near you and pick a class. No reservations required, but classes do fill up.
  • Check in 15 minutes early.
  • Bring a mat, water bottle, and towel or rent them from our studio.
  • Wear fitted exercise clothes that you feel comfortable moving in.
  • New yoga students enjoy your first week for $20!

Slow Flow

Let’s move! Slow Flow classes connect accessible yoga postures with breath and fluid movement in a well-rounded practice. With a slower pace, there’s time to explore individual postures so that new students can build confidence and familiarity, while more experienced students can refine fundamentals of alignment and explore deeper sensations. Enjoy options within each guided posture so you can customize your class experience.

Hot Yoga

Some like it hot! And by hot we mean 100°+ in our heated practice rooms. Hot yoga classes are the Y6 signature set sequences. These classes combine yoga postures synched with your breath, fun and challenging balancing series, and core work designed to add a bit of fire to your life. Come hydrated, and be prepared to sweat. These well-rounded classes will leave you feeling detoxed and invigorated.

Dive deeper into your yoga practice! Our Y6 Vinyasa advanced classes connect movement to breath while working towards more challenging postures. Y6 101

Everyone starts somewhere. Maybe you’re brand new to yoga or are looking for a way to ease back into your practice. These classes will develop your strength, flexibility, comfort level and stamina as you challenge your body and mind. Y6 101 classes are led by expert instructors who will skillfully guide the class through a full-body experience, complete with breath work. Your YogaSix journey begins here.

Y6 Slow Flow

Dat slow flow, tho. These classes flow at a slowed down pace so there’s time to explore individual postures and transitions. Newer students find this builds confidence and familiarity, while more experienced students refine the fundamentals of alignment and dive into deeper focus. You will gently engage, open and strengthen the body by tapping into accessible poses, fluid movement and breath.

Y6 Power

Heat it. Push it. Work it. Y6 Power classes are heated, strength building, full-body blasts designed to build focus, endurance, and flexibility. These vinyasa classes move at a steady pace to keep your practice fluid, creative and energizing. This workout will take your body and mind through a heated, sweaty and challenging journey. Y6 Power facilitates breakthroughs i body and mind, so count on leaving with a sense of energy and empowerment.

Y6 Stretch

Calling all runners, spinners, constant- sitters, and never-quitters. Whether you’re training for a half-marathon, pushing weights, or stuck behind a desk all day, Y6 Stretch classes are for you. These classes emphasize floor postures to stretch, open and release the major muscle groups of the entire body. Students who take this class regularly report fewer injuries, improved sleep, and reduced aches and pains.

Y6 Hot

Hot vibes for our sweat tribes! Come hydrated and get ready to sweat in our heated practice rooms that’ll leave you feeling detoxed and invigorated. The YogaSix signature set sequence, Y6 Hot combines yoga postures synched with your breath, a fun and challenging balancing series, and dynamic core work designed to add energizing fire to your life. This sequence will leave you feeling perfectly balanced inside and out, from bottom to top.

Y6 Sculpt & Flow

Leave your shoes at the door and everything else on the floor. Y6 Sculpt & Flow classes are the perfect blend of yoga and weight training. A dynamic yoga warm-up will get your heart-rate up and muscles warm, before you dive into an intense, cross training workout that uses dumbbells, bands and body weight exercises to challenge muscular strength, endurance, and cardiovascular thresholds. Then cool down with some juicy yoga stretches to leave you in a puddle on the mat. Y6 Sculpt & Flow is the best of both worlds —a total body workout plus a killer yoga vibe. Expect a fun playlist and loud, high energy music throughout.

Skillful Instruction

All of our yoga teachers hold a minimum certification of a 200-hour Yoga Alliance approved program. Each has his or her own unique teaching style, but all emphasize safety, efficacy and fun in the classroom. Take advantage of the variety of yoga and fitness classes during your first week with YogaSix and try a variety of instructors to see what really works for you.
