Spring Cleanse: Liver-Detox Green Juice (Made in a Blender!)

It’s the last day of April – the days are longer, the birds are chipping, and flowers are in full-bloom! With May 1st just one day away, we feel ready for a spring cleanse! Rebooting your digestive system is a great way to feel refreshed with the change of seasons – try our blender-friendly Liver-Detox Green Juice to kickstart your “Spring Cleaning”.

LiverDetox Green Juice 

Vegan & Gluten Free (Serves 2)

Ingredients

1 cup spinach

1 cup kale, chopped

1 handful of fresh parsley

1 cup frozen mango or pineapple

1-2 inches of peeled ginger root

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 lemon peeled and seeded

3 cups of coconut water or filter h20

*Optional Add Ins & Toppings: 1 tsp spirulina green algae, chlorella or matcha green tea powder, flax oil, 1 tsp maple syrup, bee pollen, hemp seeds

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth
  2. Top with local bee pollen (pictured) or hemp seeds
  3. Enjoy right away to ensure maximum freshness and vitamin and mineral content
