Vegan & Gluten Free (Serves 2)
1 cup spinach
1 cup kale, chopped
1 handful of fresh parsley
1 cup frozen mango or pineapple
1-2 inches of peeled ginger root
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 lemon peeled and seeded
3 cups of coconut water or filter h20
*Optional Add Ins & Toppings: 1 tsp spirulina green algae, chlorella or matcha green tea powder, flax oil, 1 tsp maple syrup, bee pollen, hemp seeds
