Arielle is a yogini, dancer and aerialist. She was introduced to yoga in 2008 and has been teaching since 2013. Arielle completed her 200-hour Blissology-inspried Vinyasa yoga teacher training under the guidance of Eoin Finn. Her asana practice began as a workout to compliment aerial strength training. Gradually, her yoga practice evolved into relieving stress & muscle tension, and finding spirituality & peace of mind. Arielle’s mission is to inspire full self expression; she invites students to be in wonder about their body while exploring beyond perceived limitations. Classes promote flexibility, strength and fun with creative sequencing, focus on alignment and continuous mindfulness.
