Beth began practicing in 2004 as a tool to manage stress and believes in finding balance in all aspects of life. She enjoys weaving humor, flowing playfulness and having each student leave the class feeling spacious and full of joy. Beth received her 200-hour teacher training at Yogamaya New York in May 2013 and completed a 75-hour teacher training focused on pre/post natal yoga and yoga therapeutics. Beth teaches alignment-based vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga classes. She also hosts women’s yoga and hormone balancing workshops.
