Carri Uranga

Carri inspires others to realize they are stronger than they think!
She thrives on fitness, travel and outdoor adventures from sea to snow.
Her passion for yoga began in 1999 while seeking flexibility and cross-training after thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail. When a year long adventure trip to Central & South America came to a close in 2007, she did her first yoga teacher training and never stopped. She holds ERYT-500 level certification and is a self-described “workshop junkie”, studying with Master Teachers for the last decade.

She has taught 3500 hours, has taken at least 800 hours of formal training and has a variety of certifications in yoga, pilates and fitness.

Carri has taught at yoga retreats all over the globe, has run a Marathon, biked a Century and was honored to be an Athleta Athlete in 2012. She looks forward to seeing you on the mat in Yoga and Bootcamp!
