Sarah started practicing yoga in 2005 to supplement her cross country work. Little did she know at that time that yoga would help her overcome some significant personal struggles. Through time, her practice transformed into more than asana but a way of life. Sarah’s classes are energizing and engaging, and you’ll leave with a sweat and a smile.
Sarah stays busy keeping up with her three amazing children and cats and spending time with her supportive partner, baking, gardening and advocating for sustainable living.
