My favorite thing about being a Y6 Instructor is to be able to help our students discover, grow, and evolve in their own personal practice. I have had so many opportunities to grow as a yoga teacher and student - getting my 500hr E-RYT at Y6 in 2021 and leading my first 200hr YTT at Bressi Ranch in 2023. I have loved being a part of this amazing community and sharing the gift of yoga and the butt-kicking fun of sculpt!
