Yoga has been a special part of my life for over 25 years. My practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible, confident, balanced, and mindful, both on and off the mat. Yoga has also helped me overcome everything from running injuries to managing daily stress, as well as giving me with the tools to handle any situation with calm, peace, and grace.
I completed my 300 Hour Samadhi Sun Teacher Training in 2014. This training provided me with the proper techniques for asana practice, pranayama, and instruction, to ensure the safety of my students, while integrating yogic philosophy, for a deeper understanding of the countless benefits achieved through yoga.
My classes include thought provoking themes, creative sequencing, humor, and fun-eclectic music. I always weave a little inspiration in to guide students through class. My ultimate goal is to help everyone step off the mat feeling refreshed, content, and balanced.
When I’m not teaching or practicing yoga, I’m working in my ceramics studio, teaching adult, teen, and children’s pottery classes at the NJ Visual Arts Center, running, biking, or spending time with my family!
