My favorite thing about being a Y6 instructor is being able to share my 18+ year love of yoga with our community. As a fitness enthusiast, I've tried everything from HIIT, to crossfit and lifting, to hiking and watersports, to marathons and bootcamp. Yoga supports my growth through all of these endeavors and more as I continue to learn alongside our students every day.
