My favorite thing about being a Y6 instructor is that I love being in a community that welcomes all different levels of yogis. From beginners to more advanced. Yoga is all about experiencing yourself as you are and Yogasix is a great way to share that wisdom with others. Plus the lights are fun! The community is awesome.
